I cannot say how much I LOVE this cookie!!! Crumb cake cookie made with Charlotte Sugar Rush New York Style Crumb Cake and topped with a salted caramel sauce. Then finished with a scoop of whipped ganache that is loaded with more caramel and crumb cake. YUMMMMMM
