Skylar’s Strawberry Blackout Oreo Cookie

One of my FAVORITE customers sent me her dessert one evening. Blackout Oreos with strawberries on top. I had to make a cookie out of it! This chocolate brownie cookie with blackout Oreos added, topped with a strawberry whipped ganache! YUM!
