Were taking our Key Lime Pie Cookie and giving it a nice makeover into a 2.0 version! We take our lime cookie dough and swirl it with a graham cracker cookie dough. This cookie is rolled in graham sugar and baked. To finish the cookie it is topped with a key lime pie whipped ganache and a white chocolate coated graham cracker. YUM!
