The BEST cookies I’ve had in Charlotte. Hannah is such a sweetheart and is so creative with her cookies and other sweet treats. Must try the Cookie Monster rolls!! And that Smore’s cookie is to die for.

Hands down, best tasting creative cookie shop! Not the normal basic sugar cookie with royal icing decor on top, THO JUST as beautiful & pieces of art in themselves! With themes boxes, she does brownies, bars, & COOKIE FILLED DONUTS! Her mind has no boundaries or limitations when it comes to her creations!

She has almost 40 different flavors of cookies and continues to create new flavors each week. She recently created her confetti cookie donut and a chocolate chip COOKIE DONUTS🤯. They are available at her bake sale this weekend.

Meet Hannah

Hi! I am Hannah! The Owner/Pastry Chef of Honeybear Bake Shop! Ever since I was a young girl, I have wanted to be a pastry chef. I would run home every day from elementary school to watch my favorite show Sweet Dreams with Gale Gand! I was also inspired by my mother who had her own cookie business when I was young and sold via eBay. She would stay up baking cookies with my Dad into the late hours of the night…
